Purpose of medical

Screens communicable disease and fitness for long shifts in heat/humidity. Protects you and resort guests.

Use only clinics your agent lists as approved for Maldives deployment — random hospital reports may be rejected.

Treat condition if possible and retest. Do not pay for flight until fit certificate issued — protects you from stranded arrival.

Employer may require re-test before permit extension — cooperate early to avoid expiry gap.

Can I use glasses?: Yes unless occupation requires specific vision standard (e.g. dive master).
Pregnancy?: Disclose to clinic — immigration and employer policies apply.
