- How is ATID different from a brochure agency or job board?
- Listing-only sites show vacancies without operations. ATID is an operating system: Xpat job orders, positions, transparent deposits, screening, compliance prefill, and workforce roster in one product.
- What fees will I pay as an employer?
- Advertising deposit (before publish), management fee on confirmed match, and pass-through costs for medical, tickets, and government charges — all itemized before you commit.
- Can candidates apply directly?
- Yes. Workers register, browse open jobs filtered by corridor eligibility, upload documents, and track application status. Foreign partners can also submit vetted candidates.
- Does ATID submit work permits automatically?
- No. We prefill Xpat and related portals with your approval at each step. A licensed operator submits after human review — we never auto-submit government forms.
- Which countries can I recruit from?
- Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Philippines, Indonesia, and Maldivian contract staff — configured per position on the corridor step of the wizard.
- Is my company verified?
- We link your Business Registry record during onboarding. Registry ID appears on your client dashboard and public job listings show verified employer status.
