Worker pays at application (initial processing)
Manpower card fee, pre-employment medical, mandatory insurance premium (annual or prorated), and first work permit/visa government charge — shown on apply screen at recruitment.com.mv.
Employer pays after you are selected
Recruitment service fee to ATID when employer confirms match. Monthly management fee while deployed. All subsequent permit renewals.
Agent may collect
Foreign partner agents may collect initial fees plus compliance package — demand printed schedule in MVR and USD equivalent.
What is NOT your bill
Resort renovation, employer advertising deposit, or employer Koshaaru employer contributions — if an agent charges these to you, challenge it.
